A truly great leader uses their head and heart in balance. My work for the past 35 years has been about guiding leaders, teams and organizations through the exploration of the mind and the heart and how together, they can transform human interactions, creativity, relationships and success.
I have held executive positions in both start-up and high growth companies translating this philosophy into action: designing strategy, developing departments and business lines, creating people initiatives and building culture from the ground up. The uniqueness of my approach stems from my eclectic background. I bring a breadth of knowledge that pulls from business theory, neuroscience, nutrition, nature, ancient wisdom teachings and meditative practices. Utilization of these interwoven perspectives generates an evolution at all levels of the organization.
